Description:

These old-fashioned bleeding hearts are surrounded by their fellow hearts and illuminated by the sun above. The botanical name, Dicentra spectabilis, refers to the Greek words for "two" and "spurs." Bleeding hearts are associated with an abundance of compassion. These blossoms are filled with as much light as they release in love. The inscription on the inside of the card says, "a heart that bleeds will always be refilled." Photography and design by StarAndrea.
